Charity's "on yer bike" message for East Surrey
11:57am Friday 3rd February 2012
It looks like a job for bicycle repair man in Redhill on Saturday, February 11.
For Reigate and Redhill YMCA will be running its annual Bike Clinic at its centre in Prince's Road from 10am.
The charity's team of experts will be checking riders' mounts for free as its Olympic Year Cycle Challenge Programme gets into gear.
The programme will start on Sunday, February 12, with the first cycle training of the season leaving the YMCA at 9.30am.
There will be rides both on and off-road suitable for everyone, including those completely new to cycling.
Refreshments will be available, and the YMCA's cycling team will be on hand to answer questions and support the rides. For more details on how to take part in one of the charity's Challenge 2012 cycling events, offering people the chance to get fit and have fun while raising money for vulnerable or disadvantaged people in Surrey, call the Challenge team on 01737 779979, or visit the charity's website: www.ymcaredhill.com
